Is Amber-Club free to join?
No, there is a joining fee payable of £25 to join Amber-Club. All funds help the maintenance of our website and support
a minimal income to our expert writers through canvassing their deep knowledge on the wonderful products made available
through Amber-Club.
How does Amber-Club work?
The worlds major whiskey distilleries are in regular contact with Amber-Club to recommend their products for retail. This
'commercial goodwill' allows Amber-Club to sell discounted high quality products to our signed up members, together with
upto 6 free samples per year. Registered members simply browse the stock, request a free sample of their choosing, if they're unable
to decide on a particular purchase. Formal purchases are made directly through Amber-Club. Members experiences can be captured
via the various Amber-Club social media links. There is a 42 day cooling off period if customers decide an unopened purchase
was made in error. Full refunds will be payable in the same period only.
The general public can view the image, price and tasting notes of all whiskey products in stock.
All users will need to register by uploading their personal details and then enter their login credentials.
Amber-Club products can be viewed by the detailed listing or the user can use the 'Search' facility to locate a
specific whiskey offering. All selected whiskies will then be captured into the shopping cart. Upon clicking
the shopping cart icon (positioned at the top of the page), the registered user will proceed to a formal checkout
process until they receive formal confirmation of a sale.
What controls exist on whiskey quality?
All Amber-Club products are sourced directly from major international drinks distilleries and are subject to the highest
levels of scrutiny and quality control.
Why dont I receive a refund for my unwanted purchase?
42 calendar days are given to all registered members to decide on a unwanted product return and refund payment to be processed
within this period. It should be noted that 7 calendar days are required to process a payment refund. If the 42nd day expires, then
Amber-Club reserves the right to not proceed with a refund. The onus is on the registered member to act swiftly to request a
refund, subject to this being required.
Who receives the subscription money?
Amber-Club receives the money and funds are both reinvested into the maintenance of the website and covering costs of our product
writing experts too. No profit is generated via the subscription fee transactions.
What countries does Amber-Club operate in?
Amber-Club is a global enterprise meaning we trade in 120 countries. If you're unsure you're country is included, please contact us

Who is responsible for the postal / shipping costs of the whiskey?
Postal costs are bourne by the registered member, with the price determined by location of destination. Registered postal service will be used.

Product Quality
All whiskies sold by Amber-Club act upon the originating distillers promise for a genuine and enjoyable product.
In the rare occurence that a Amber-Club member disputes the purchased product quality. where possible, a 'like for like' replacement and not seek betterment will
be offered at no additional cost. No refunds or product exchanges apply to free samples.
Product Delivery
Once the registered member has identified a product to purchase, then from the date of confirmed sale, Amber-Club
will have upto 5 working days to send the purchased product to the registered members nominated safe delivery address by
registered post.
Amber-Club cannot accept any responsibility for the non-delivery of ordered products. Any product deemed to be lost in
transit will be the responsibility of the nominates postal carrier company.
Refunds & Returns
'Amber-Club' are under no obligation to offer refund of the cost of replacing your ordered product should you become
dissatisfied with the purchased product.
In the event of you becoming disatisfied, Amber-Club would be happy to receive formal feedback via the website
, setting out the reasons. In return, Amber-Club can then review the merits of your dissatisfaction. In the most severe cases, Amber-Club reserves
the right to cancel the membership of a registered member that has not fully complied with Amber-Clubs' terms and conditions.
